I’m bored,
I don’t want a surfboard.
Is there anything to do around
here?
Heaven of boredom, I fear.
Everyday I pray,
That the next day wouldn’t
be as boring as today.
Computer games?
Heck, I could even rattle of
the programmer’s names.
What about the piano?
Well, I’d prefer a Lamborghini
Diablo.
I want to be where the life
is!
The next chance that comes
I won’t miss.
Bring on that cape,
Don’t forget something to cover
my nape.
I have an idea!
Something which cropped up
earlier.
Let’s go to where the fun is,
The revelry would just be as
in Paris.
Then it’s settled,
Don’t forget my shotgun that
is double barrelled.
Hurtling through the skies,
Ignoring all the lies.
A journey long and tiring,
Soon, crying would be what
he’ll be doing.
I’ve reached this place,
Gawd, look at all the space.
Beware o’ the demons of disappointment,
Do not stray beyond this embankment.
What danger could befall me?
I’m safe as far as I can see.
And so he walked off to explore,
Eager to find out what’s in store.
Sigh, what a pity,
Just have to hope for the best
in this grim reality.
